Returns
Customers have 2 weeks to send units back in order to receive a refund, alterations or exchanges. This is contingent on your communication with the business and the PO BOX address will be provided to you at that time. Units must be in the original state as it was sent to you in order to receive a refund (no tracks missing, not cut, not colored, no alterations etc.)

If the lace is cut, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges and the unit will be returned back to you as is.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost, not Hjbeauty, LLC/BlaqueGirl.
​
If a unit is shipped back to HJbeauty,LLC/BlaqueGirl a shipping/tracking number should be provided to the business.
